CALEY'S FORCE OF NATURE CITO

CITO EXPLAINED

Cache In Trash Out® is an ongoing environmental initiative supported by the worldwide geocaching community. Since 2002, geocachers around the world have been dedicated to improving parks and other cache-friendly places. Through these volunteer efforts, we help preserve the natural beauty of our outdoor resources! For more information  http://www.geocaching.com/cito/

The main goal of Caley CacheFests CITO initiative is to actively promote the Cache In Trash Out program in Scotland, assist in the maintenance of the parks and trails systems we all enjoy, and to increase public awareness of Geocaching. Naturally, we also place great value on the goodwill generated and relationships formed with the land owners and  governmental agencies that we assist in these efforts.
Caledonian CacheFest are activilty looking for park authorities or council organisation to provide any support with this initiative.

KEEP SCOTLAND BEAUTIFUL - UPSTREAM BATTLE

It’s estimated that up to 12.7 million tonnes of plastic gets into the sea each and every year – It's killing wildlife, threatening ecosystems and  habitats, and is extremely difficult clean up.

Upstream Battle will change behaviour and prevent marine litter at source. Focused on the entire length of the River Clyde and its  tributaries, we will raise awareness, gather evidence and inspire action.

Caley's Force of Nature CITO group have been selected as a Anchor Group.  Find out more here.
